Are you open to the public? Currently, I use my shop to fill orders and as a pickup location. The bakery is not a café style nor do I have a large case of items available at all times, but we always have free samples on hand! When I am in the shop working, my OPEN sign will be up and walk ins are welcome! My hours differ each day so please call ahead if you have a specific time you would like to come visit or want to hear our hours for that current week.

How far in advance should I place an order? I tell people all the time, get your orders in ASAP! My calendar is first come first serve so if you know you would definitely like an order for a date, let me know so I can reserve your spot. Regardless, 1 week out is preferred for sugar cookie orders and 3-4 days out is preferred for all other orders!

How do I place an order? You can place an order by contacting us through the Inquiry Form on the website, emailing or calling!

What is your order minimum? For all cookies (decorated and drop), bars and standard size cupcakes, 1 dozen is the minimum order amount.

What if it’s the week of my event date and I haven’t received a confirmation yet? Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message regarding final details, pickup/delivery, final total, etc. ONE WEEK before your event date. If you have not received a confirmation and you are within the one week period for your event date, please email or message me ASAP. It is rare that I misplace an order or have a technical error but please reach out via email or phone just to be safe!

What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept cash, checks, credit cards and Venmo. There is a 4% fee attached to your bill when using a credit card due to processing fees.

Do your decorated sugar cookies have nuts in them? Our decorated sugar cookies are NUT FREE! However, our kitchen is NOT an allergy free kitchen. Many of our other products do contain nuts along with other allergens. We do our best through sanitation practices to cut down on any cross contamination that may occur but the discretion is of the client on their particular circumstance. *When ordering any bakery products, if you have any allergies you are concerned about please inform us at the time of placing your order!

Do you offer Cake Tasting for weddings or Wedding Consultations? Yes! If you are interested in ordering a wedding cake through us you get a free tasting! Tastings are free for the couple and $10.00 Per Person for each additional guest who wants to attend. You can call or email to schedule a consultation.

Do you offer delivery? We do! Pickup is always free but we do offer delivery and potential set up for fee depending on location, availability, etc. Delivery fees will be discussed when your order has been placed.

Can you ship items? As of right now, we do not ship any items.
